Loco Family Club
One membership is shared by a family and can be used at LocoBike kiosks across Hong Kong. It runs for 12 months from the day the annual fee is paid. There is no six-month membership.

Free weekday rides all year
One free ride on every day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday: two hours, one bike and one helmet. It cannot be saved. Weekends and public holidays are not free.

Shared by one family
One membership is shared by one family, with one parent as the applicant. Registered members may only be the applicant, the applicant’s spouse, and the applicant’s children, including stepchildren and adopted children. The applicant’s name and date of birth must be registered. A spouse need not be registered; if they are, their name and date of birth are required. Each child needs a name and date of birth. The free weekday bike is one per membership, not one per person. A family may hold only one Loco Family Club membership. A registered child under 12 must be accompanied by a registered member aged 15 or over.

Half price on an extra bike and helmet
Beyond the one free bike in the same period, each extra bike with one helmet is half the published price. Extra time is also half price. Extra bikes must be rented by a registered member. Half price applies only to bikes and helmets rented by registered members. Anyone not registered pays that kiosk’s published price.
Half price on weekends and public holidays
On Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays, bike rental is half the published price. Extra time is also half price. Each bike comes with one helmet. Public holidays are those announced by the Hong Kong SAR Government. These days are half price, not free, and the weekday free two hours are not added. The only exception is a registered child’s birthday.
One free two-hour ride on a registered child’s birthday
Each registered child may use one free two-hour ride on their birthday during the membership: one bike and one helmet. If the birthday is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, that free ride replaces the half-price rental for that one use. Extra time and extra bikes stay at half price. If the birthday is a weekday, only the usual weekday free ride applies; there is no second free ride. Once per membership year per registered child. It cannot be saved or used on another day.
How half price works.Half price is half the published price at that kiosk when the bike is taken. If the price changes, half price changes with it. It is calculated only on that price, and cannot be combined with other kiosk discounts or promotions.
Free weekday rides all year
A weekday is a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Hong Kong public holiday.
Once each weekdayUnused time cannot be kept for another day.
Two hoursOne bike and one helmet, counted continuously from pickup.
On each weekday you may ride free once, for two hours: one bike and one helmet. The two hours run continuously from pickup. Returning the bike early ends that free ride.
Free time not used that day cannot be saved or moved to another day.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not free and this weekday ride does not apply. Those days are half price only. The only exception is the one free two-hour ride on a registered child’s birthday.
Time beyond those two hours is charged at half the published price.
It cannot be saved. Weekends and public holidays are not free.

When booking a class
HKD200
When you book a cycling class there is a limited offer to join Loco Family Club at the same time for HKD 200. It does not reduce the class fee. The benefits are the same as HKD 350, also for 12 months. Booking a class without paying the membership fee does not make you a member. A class booked after Loco Family Club opened can still be joined for HKD 200 from that class’s participant page. A class booked before it opened cannot join at HKD 200. Join on this page stays HKD 350.
- The annual fee is not refunded. The membership cannot be renamed or transferred to another family.
- Benefits end if the fee is not paid again. There is no six-month membership and no daily pro-rata.
- A family may hold only one membership, and may not open a second one to take the free weekday two hours again.
- This membership does not include cycling-class fees and does not discount them.
- If a kiosk closes for weather, maintenance or any other reason, the membership is not extended, the fee is not refunded, and that day’s unused free two hours are not replaced.
- Taking and returning a bike, and using equipment, still follow that kiosk’s rental rules. Loco may ask for identification to check the registered name, date of birth and relationship.
